To check the status of an operator, here are some steps:

1. Click on operator's icon present on the map or simply click on the link https://idispatch.com/dashboard. 

2.  You  can now see their active status or you can also see speed, location and direction he/she is driving.

You may also choose the "Main Action"  where you can choose to focus on any one particular operator by clicking the follow button. You can send the operator messages or even use internet calling to reach out.
