You cannot connect to your team, dispatcher or administrator automatically even if you download the app. They have to send you an invite from the iDispatch Dispatcher website or app. Once you have the link, click on it and it will automatically connect you with your Dispatcher.

They can send you the invite link via email or SMS to join their team as an operator. The email contains a link taking you to the app (if you have already downloaded it).

Once on the app, it will ask you whether you want to optimize the apps on your phone for battery usage.

Choose “All Apps.” Scroll down until you get to iDispatcher Operator and disable the optimize battery option for it and then go back to the app where you can login with your phone number.
